Partnering with The Other Guyz Kenya (ToG) has been a truly inspiring journey for us at Smartie Me Kenya. As a dynamic youth-led charity organization, ToG’s commitment to community upliftment—especially their outreach in children’s homes and mentorship through ‘The Weekend’, ‘Ji Xpress’ and other similar programs—resonates deeply with our mission to use art as a tool for healing and empowerment.
Through our joint efforts, Smartie Me has woven art-centered workshops into ToG’s community outreach, bringing creativity, joy, and connection to young hearts in vulnerable spaces. The expressive art sessions have complemented ToG’s focus on mentorship and skill development by providing safe spaces for self-expression and emotional growth.

In connection to our mission of restoring dignity and inspiring change, our partnership with THE OTHER GUYZ has kept girls in class comfortably for now 5 years and given some of the teenage moms a safe and secure shelter . Their support has reduced transactional sex from 76% to now 30%, a difference of {43}%. We remain grateful for their impact because it means everything to the few girls whose dignity has been restored
